My Mika Shop is published by MIKA, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris RCS under number 989 321 658, located at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris.

My Mika Shop is a software tool designed to centralise certain operations between a TikTok Shop store and a dropshipping supplier.

These terms govern access to and use of the service.

My Mika Shop is currently a private V0 under preparation and verification.

Access is limited to users expressly invited by MIKA. No public registration or paid subscription is currently offered.

Some integrations depend on the opening, validation and availability of TikTok Shop or CJ Dropshipping accounts belonging to the user.

The service is intended for sellers and professional users with the capacity required to carry out their activity and accept these terms.

The user must be of legal age and authorised to bind the company or professional activity for which they use My Mika Shop.

The user must provide accurate information and protect the confidentiality of their credentials.

The user is responsible for actions carried out from their account, except fraudulent use not attributable to them and promptly reported to MIKA.

Any suspicious access or incident must be reported to mikaorganisationai@gmail.com.

The user may authorise My Mika Shop to access their TikTok Shop store and their CJ Dropshipping account.

The user remains the holder of, and responsible for, these accounts. They must comply with the terms, policies and requirements of each third-party service.

They may withdraw authorisation or disconnect a service. Disconnection stops new exchanges with the service concerned; retained data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Depending on the state of the V0 and the available integrations, My Mika Shop may in particular allow:

- browsing a supplier catalogue; - preparing a product listing; - estimating a margin; - transmitting a listing to TikTok Shop; - importing and tracking orders; - transmitting an order to a supplier; - retrieving and transmitting shipping information.

The actual availability of each feature depends in particular on the authorisations granted, the connected accounts and third-party APIs.

The service may display demonstration products, prices, margins, orders and tracking.

These elements are identified as “Démo” or “Simulation”. They are neither real-time supplier data, nor real orders, nor a promise of profitability.

The seller remains solely responsible for:

- the products they decide to offer; - the legality, safety and compliance of those products; - the descriptions, images, claims and content published; - their prices and commercial policy; - their tax, accounting and social obligations; - consumer information; - delivery, after-sales service, returns and refunds; - their relationship with TikTok Shop, CJ Dropshipping, carriers and their buyers; - compliance with TikTok Shop restrictions and policies.

My Mika Shop does not become the seller of the products and is not a party to the sales contract concluded between the seller and the final buyer.

Supplier costs, delivery fees, commissions, taxes and margins displayed may be estimates or depend on information provided by third-party services.

My Mika Shop endeavours to indicate whether displayed information is confirmed or estimated.

The user must check important information before publishing a product, accepting an operation or committing to an expense.

No level of sales, revenue, margin or profitability is guaranteed.

When an order is transmitted to CJ Dropshipping, the user remains responsible for their supplier account, its balance, the products ordered and the applicable conditions.

My Mika Shop may facilitate the technical transmission of information, but does not manufacture, store, control or ship the products.

TikTok Shop, CJ Dropshipping, Vercel, Supabase and the carriers are independent services.

Their availability, rules, prices, APIs and decisions may change outside MIKA's control.

MIKA cannot guarantee the permanent availability or error-free operation of a third-party service.

MIKA uses reasonable means to ensure the operation and security of the service.

The V0 may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, correction or product evolution.

No continuous or error-free availability is guaranteed during this private phase.

It is prohibited to use My Mika Shop:

- for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive purposes; - to sell prohibited or counterfeit products or products infringing third-party rights; - to circumvent the rules of TikTok Shop or of a supplier; - to access another user's data; - to disrupt, abusively test or compromise the security of the service; - to extract or massively reuse the service without authorisation.

My Mika Shop, its interface, design, texts, code and specific elements are protected by the applicable intellectual-property rules.

Access to the service transfers no ownership rights to the user.

The user retains the rights they hold over the content and information they provide, subject to the rights necessary to process them in order to provide the service.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Where MIKA processes buyers' data on behalf of a seller, the seller remains the controller and must provide the persons concerned with the required information.

MIKA may suspend or close access in the event of:

- breach of these terms; - security risk; - fraudulent or illegal use; - a request from a third-party service or a competent authority; - the end of the private V0.

The user may request the closure of their account at mikaorganisationai@gmail.com.

To the extent permitted by law, MIKA cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue, loss of margin, decisions of third-party services, defects of a supplier product or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user or a third party.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

No paid subscription is currently marketed.

Before any paid offer is activated, separate commercial terms or general terms of sale will specify, in particular, prices, billing arrangements, duration, termination and variable fees.

These terms may change with the service or the applicable regulations.

In the event of a substantial change affecting an active user, that user will be informed by an appropriate means.

These terms are governed by French law.

The parties will first seek an amicable solution.

For business-to-business relationships and where the law permits, the competent courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
